Yes. We are a new brand, but more than simply looking at us as a brand, view us as BEAUTY COMPANION. We are not a mega brand, trying to cut corners, reduce cost or mint money. We as a person can relate to different skin problems that you are facing because once in our life time, we have been in your shoe. We are here to make sure you trust our brand, love using it, and leave all your worries to us. Try us once and the next time you will be answering this for us to your friends, relatives and colleagues.

How can I fix uneven skin tone?

Uneven skin tone is caused by uneven distribution of pigment; it can also be caused by extreme sun exposure and hormonal changes. If you do not exfoliate your skin properly, you can develop uneven skin tone because of the excessive buildup of dead skin cells. You can use our Luxurious Eternal Glow, Skin Regeneration Hydrator and Anti Acne & Scars Serum. A simple way to even out your skin tone is to exfoliate once a day or twice a week. We also recommend to apply sunscreen in every 2-3 hours.

Do you need to moisturize oily skin?

Yes, you need to moisturize your skin even if you have oily skin. Moisturizer is used to improve your skin’s texture and to hydrate your skin. If you have oily skin, you can use our Rose Yogurt because it helps in oil control resulting non-greasy and shiny looking skin.

Our products are unisexual they are suitable for both men and women.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We have a range of products that are prepared keeping in mind all different kinds of skin types therefore each product is dedicated to particular skin type. Although we still recommend the patch test before using any product.

What is the return / refund policy if the product doesn't suit or wrongly placed?

Please be informed that refund or replacement of the product will not be applicable if the product doesn't suit, as we always recommend a patch test. Buying the product is completely the customer’s choice, we only make the recommendations of the products according to the skin types. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed online.
